My Console only gives out errors message and I can't figure out why. Any ideas

So, I am working javascript in the workshop and this is what I put into index.html, <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>JavaScript Basics</title> <link href="css/style.css" rel="stylesheet">
</head> <body> <main></main> <script src="js/prompt.js"></script>
</body> </html> and this is what I put into prompt.js prompt("What is your name?"); And all I get is error messages. Does anyone have any notion why? This is the message, chrome-extension://invalid/:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_FAIL

Hi Robert, probably this is a problem from a chrome extension you're running in your browser. Go to chrome://extensions/ in your browser and disable extension by extension and try again.

Hope this helps. Happy coding!

Or maybe, I should be in developer mode. Thank you, so much. I would have never looked at that had it not been for you.
