My code works on the Treehouse Workspace, but not on the challenge task on Python basics strings using .format()

name = "VEE" subject = "Treehouse loves {}" print(subject.format(name))

Please help.

Try adding the .format directly after the closing quotes in your subject declaration line; like this:

subject = "Treehouse loves {}".format(name)

Assign it instead of printing it.
