My code does not produce colors

It just shows the numbers with colors. Can anyone look at the codes below and tell me where it went wrong:

let html = ''; let red; let green; let blue; let randomRGB;

function GetNumber () {Math.floor(Math.random() * 256)};

for ( let i = 1; i <= 10; i++ ) { red = GetNumber (); green = GetNumber (); blue = GetNumber (); randomRGB = rgb( ${red}, ${green}, ${blue} ); html += <div style="background-color: ${randomRGB}">${i}</div>; }

document.querySelector('main').innerHTML = html;

The GetNumber function is computing the value correctly, but it is missing the return statement to pass the value back to the caller for constructing the color.
