MASH to FLASK?

After completing the MASH course, Treehouse suggested the FLASK course. I feel like there should have been a course in between. I'm pretty lost, and it's at the beginning of the FLASK course. What course should I focus on after MASH if I still feel like I need help with HTML, and basic JAVA? Without having to upgrade to PRO! Any suggestions would be welcomed. TIA!

I would hope that when they suggested learning flask, they meant AFTER finishing some other beginning to end track. Cause I think Flask is meant to go after python and you probably haven't finished python yet.
