Making role toUpperCase

If your question is 'how do I output the role in uppercase', you want to use the toUpperCase method on your role variable like so:

let msg = `${firstName} ${lastName}: ${role}`;
// would become
let msg = `${firstName} ${lastName}: ${role.toUpperCase()}`;
