Treehouse TeacherLooking for QA Volunteers for Introduction to Big Data
Howdy y'all!
We've been working on an Introduction to Big Data course and we're looking for a few students to help take it for a spin!
The hope is to release this Wednesday, July 19th.
The QA process is a time for people to spot any glaring mistakes, spelling errors, broken links, mistakes in teachers notes, clarification on quiz questioning, and any other feedback.
With QA there's a few other things you should know. Progress isn't recorded on the account so you won't get a check mark. Badges and completion emails won't get sent. You also need to manually go to the next stage in the course. Those are the quirks of QA mode. It's like when you buy the new iPhone on release day ;)
Please use email to provide feedback. When in QA, we try to not talk about the course here on the Community forum until it's officially released. This'll help to avoid confusion.

25,606 PointsI'm done with my QA for the Big Data course. The email I got inviting me to QA the course came from teach@teamtreehouse.com so I was sending my reports there. I emailed Treehouse Support and talked to Jay who suggested forwarding the feedback directly to the teacher's email. In this case, Craig: craig.dennis@teamtreehouse.com

You also need to manually go to the next stage in the course.
