Where are you accessing this url? it appears you are trying to access this url on a private network, hence the error is "This site on the company, organisation or school intranet has the same URL as an external website."

I don't know a ton about how Intranets are structured, but it sounds like you are running into a proxy preventing you from viewing external websites.

I would suggest trying to access this URL again on a personal computer, not one attached to an Intranet network.
