HTML HTML Basics Going Further with HTML Link to Email

Link to Email is not supporting me

link to email is not working for me and I don't know why

Dear Abdi, So can you please take a snapshot of your workspace and share that link here? That way I can take a look at your code and see if I can figure out what the issue is.. The snapshot option is on the left top corner of your workspace, it looks like a small tv/camera. :)

Hello Sandra, I hope you doing and thanks for helping, https://w.trhou.se/a1zke7r4dr there is the link I will be waiting for your reply. :)

Hi ABDI ADEN doing weel, thank you. Hope you are too. I will look through it again to see if I missed something, but could you explain what parts you're having trouble with? You have 2 html files, I have looked through the index.html one (my suggestions were for that), but now I will look through the article.html one as well to see if that's the issue.. :) Looking forward to hearing from you. (also,if you would like, you can find me on Slack as well and it may help with faster response time. )

ABDI ADEN I have looked at your code, and there are a few typos that may be responsible for the links not to work properly.

  1. in line 3 and 5 your <head></head> is misspelled. (irrelevant to links but I thought i mention it)
  2. on line 21 The #social media for the href attribute on element <a> cannot have space in its value.
  3. on line 29 there's a typing error for the target attribute.
  4. on line 69 the id value has the same issue as on line 21. There can't be space in the value of an id.

I hope this helps :) Let me know if you have any other questions or if it's still acting oddly ..

Good Luck! You've got this!
