Key/Value Pairs in Chrome DevTools

At the end of this video, Nick is talking about being able to add/edit/view any JavaScript key/value pairs that the webpage is using.

While I assume that these changes are not permanent, I'm just wondering if the DevTools saves these additions/changes somewhere or do they get discarded when the tools are closed or the browser is refreshed?

Hey David, Anything you do in Dev tools / Console is temporary to that particular session. Refreshing the page or quitting out of the browser will revert the page back to original.

Just wanted to make sure.

Thanks, Jason.
