It looks like you overlooked the part of the instructions that say "Important: In each task of this code challenge, the code you write should be added to the code from the previous task." So the line you created for tasks 1 and 2 should remain there as you add code for task 3.

Also, in task 1 part of the instructions were "You don't need to save your jQuery selection to a variable...". This would also apply to the string data for task 3.
