Jerky Sprite Animations

When I put my sprite animations into my game, they play but they now have a jerky motion to them. Does anyone know why?

Can you add your code to your question? You can format it by placing it between backticks

Wrap your code with 3 backticks (```) on the line before and after. If you specify the language after the first set of backticks, that'll help us with syntax highlighting.

      ```html
      <p>This is code!</p>
      ```

I personally won't be able to answer this question as I have never used Spite Kit, but it will help anyone else who does have knowledge in the area. Hope you find the answer!

P.S. I changed the your question's tag to iOS because Sprite Kit is an iOS specific framework.
