Javac file not found now I can't upload new files to the Workspace

My code was correct line by line and then I got "javac: file not found: Karaoke.java Usage: javac <options> <source files>", so I deleted the Karaoke.java file and tried to create it in the correct folder and still got the same error. So I deleted the whole thing and tried the upload button and dragging files into dark corner but I cannot get downloaded files into workspace. How can I solve this??

Hi Clive,

I've never tried dragging a file into the left sidebar so I've no idea if that should work.

In the File menu, there's an upload option which may work for you?

Steve.

Just tried the drag & drop - worked fine. That's cool!

Thanks Steve, It worked after I restarted my PC.

Good - glad you got going again! :+1:
