It seems as if the downloadable files are mostly blank, compared to the text shown on the screen. Also, she says, "In the project folder", but she doesn't say which folder". Anyone else confused by this?

In the video, Treasure says around 1:00, "open up the files in the folder named start." I found the files in: vue_basics_prac1/vue_basics_prac1/start/
