Hello guys,

I updated my ios to the new Yosemite, and now its having issues with downloading the Xcode app.

Do you guys know what I can do to fix this? Is it a common problem?

Cheers :D

I'm at least slightly confused by your question. First, and foremost, Xcode is run on Mac OS X not iOS. So, I assume that you mean you've updated to Yosemite on your Mac. However, Yosemite is not the latest release of Mac OS X. That's El Capitan at Mac OS X 10.11. Are you sure you're running El Capitan? What errors do you receive when trying to download the Xcode app from the App store?

You are 100% right, sorry for the confusion.

I have the El Capitan on as the OS X now, so I got to download Xcode from the app store, and it'll go through the process of downloading with no errors, then when its finish it will say something like "Cant complete Xcode Download"

Thank you :)

Ok, this is a long shot, but give it a try. Log out of your iTunes account in the App Store and then reboot your system. Then log back in to your Apple ID, and try the download again. If it still doesn't work, you're likely going to have to contact Apple.

I will def try that, thanks again
