Is Microsoft Access ORM?

You are not required to use SQL in Microsoft Access to get code, so I was just wondering

It isn't, it is something called a database management system (DBMS) and it provides a simple to use interface to create and manage databases. This is a little different to an ORM which basically changes uninterpretable data to interpretable data in a programming language.
