Hi, Johnny Austen! Very likely, yes. This will depend on what OS you're using. If you're using Mac or Linux try:

touch <filename>

If you're using Windows try:

type nul > filename

The command line in Sublime Text is just sort of a window/portal into your operating system's command line. So it's going to depend on the shell you're using.
