I've only done a few C# courses yet, but if the workspace acts the same for all languages then of course you can! :D

I spent most of my time in Treehouse coding some side projects rather than listening to the courses themselves. The courses are just to teach you how to do stuff, you personally need to get your hands dirty and practise over and over again.
