Is it possible to assign the number constant a random number between 1 and 10?

Every time you reload the page, the number stored in the constant is a different one.

Yes you can. I would suggest checking out the Math.random() function in JavaScript.

So in your case:

const number = Math.floor(Math.random() * 10) + 1
