Is it ok that way of return?

Hello:

In "Return Types" video we can see that code:

I wonder if I can use that way to use a return:

I wonder if I can code the operation of area after return. This way, I can write less code and it works fine.

Can I do that?. Is there any problem doing it this way?

Yes, you can do this, there is no problem. And in 99% of the time you will encounter the latter version.

The only 'wrinkle' that may arise is the code being not that friendly to read.

Thanks Anthony!!
