Instructions say that I need to add a <p> tag inside of <body tags>. <body> <p> My first paragraph! </P> </body> ?

how do you attach a <p> tag to the body?

You are missing the " on your meta tag.

<meta charset="utf-8>

Add it back and it will work :)
