imagine you have 10 <div> tags on a web page. Each div is 190 pixels wide. using the two variable in this script, create a new variable named totalwidth that multiples the width by the number of divs variable. Because the width variable is a string, you'll need to use a javascript function to retrieve the number value.
var width = '190px';
var numOfDivs = 10;
var TotalWidth = Parselnt (Width) * (NumOfDivs);

Treehouse TeacherJavaScript is case-sensitive
Long story short? You have typos. Quite a few The variable is supposed to be named totalWidth
... not TotalWidth
. You've misspelled parseInt
as Parselnt
that should be a capital "I" not a lower case "L". Both width
and numOfDivs
should start with lower case letters. Take a look:
var totalWidth = parseInt (width) * (numOfDivs);
Hope this helps!
