Image isn't changing

I tried all the other answers people were given but the photo still remains the same after refreshing a few times.

Hold down shift and click on the refresh button on your browser. This ended up working for me.

same, but is you have to hold down the shift key does that mean its just a bug with this code or is it the page? just curious because obviously people coming on to a web page will not be holding the shift key down.

I'm glad someone else also had this because i was stuck.
