Android Build a Simple Android App (2014) Testing and Debugging Making a Toast

I'm totally lost. I thought it would be allDoneToast.makeText(this, "All done!", Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();

I am unsure what to do on this quiz. From what I learned I tried my best, but need some help.

ToastTest.java
Toast allDoneToast;
allDoneToast.makeText(this, "All done!", Toast.LENGTH_LONG).show();

Hi Jacob,

In the first line the Toast is declared for you, so in the second line you need to initialize the variable like so:

allDoneToast = Toast.makeText(.....);

For part 1 you don't yet add the "show()" method. You will do so in a new line in part 2.

I hope this helps.
