Question is add a label called shirt size above the first radio

Looks like there could be a problem with the Select tag closing on the outside of the radio buttons.

Try putting the radio buttons on the outside of the Select tag block.

Hi Andrew,

Try adding the attribute for="shirt_size to your label element so it links to your radio buttons. :-)

Thank you Jayson! That was it!

You're welcome, glad I could help!
