HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Include External CSS

I'm not seeing the normalize.css file in the project files zip file, only the images and index file. ???

Where is the normalize.css file?

don't worry too much about that right now, just follow along and it will show up in all future zip files but you really wont need to open it in your text editor because it's always referenced in the HTML.
