I'm getting a TypeError that 'int' is not callable but I don't have any integers

lines 1 and 3 were given to me so it must be a problem in line 5, but I really don't get it

starter.py
import logging

logging.basicConfig(filename='cc.log', level=logging.DEBUG)

logging.DEBUG("anything you want")

You have correctly figured that the error is on line 5 logging.DEBUG(...) nice job!

Python can have some rather cryptic error messages, but really not that cryptic considering that logging.DEBUG was used as an integer on line 3. And then on line 5, you were reusing it as a function.

You are so close to a solution-- all you have to do is make debug into lowercase.

Good luck with your Python journey!

import logging

logging.basicConfig(filename='cc.log', level=logging.DEBUG)

logging.debug("anything you want")
