I wrote the correct line of code for the example, but it's still marking it as a "bummer.

HI, I wrote the correct line of code on the audio quiz, but it's still marking it as a "bummer" and not allowing me to move on.

It seems you have an extra closing audio tag. Try removing that to see if it works now. Hope this helps!

I see the other problem. Make sure you are using the audio tag.

<audio src="http://treehouse-code-samples.s3.amazonaws.com/html-video-and-audio/bridge-audio.mp3" type="audio/mp3" controls=""> </audio>

I think you forgot the control tag on the last task.

I believe the source element is self-closing ex: <source src="link" type="audio/mp3"> dont forget the angle bracket at the end
