I really don't know what you guys mean by make <p> solid?

should this solid style go under css or html and if so how do I right it?

I can understand why this can be confusing. It's just the way the instructions were written.

It's not the paragraph that needs to be solid. The paragraph's border needs to be 4px wide and it needs to be solid and it should be red. Like this:

.main-pg {
  border: 4px solid red;
}
