I need to update the projects and set the project_id to the $new project_id

I need to set the project_id of the old project to the $new project_id. I have deleted the prepared statement, because it is the sql statement that is stopping me from finishing the challenge. They want me to set the project_id equal to a placedholder, which I have done, but they also want me to set the project_id equal to the $new project_id. How do I do this?
