I need help with my quiz. I'm not sure if it is glitching or if I am truly getting it wrong.

<!DOCTYPE.html> <html></html>

It says I need to have an html Doctype. This is my work what am I doing wrong?

So close! You don't need the period between !DOCTYPE and html. :)

Change that period to a space in the doctype statement and you're there!
