im trying to get my get my code but i get an error and im not sure how to fix it please help. this is the message i get:

Syntax of URL: Any URL. For example: /hello, #canvas, or http://example.org/. Characters should be represented in NFC and spaces should be escaped as %20.
i dont know what it means when it says the characters should be represented in NFC and spaces should be escaped as %20.
please help. very confused.

As the pipe ( | ) is an illegal character you'll need to encode it with %7C.
This means the following:
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One|Open+Sans:400,400italic,700,700italic,800
will need to become:
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One%7COpen+Sans:400,400italic,700,700italic,800
