So a 'nested' list basically means a list within a list, currently you have an unordered list with two list items, what you can do, is create another list and situate it inside of one of the list items, for instance:

<ul>
  <li>
    Shapes
    <ol>
      <li>list item</li>
      <li>list item</li>
    </ol>
  </li>
  <li>Colors</li>
</ul>

So you have an ordered list, as a listed item in the unordered list, it becomes nested.
