Android Google Play Services Connecting to Play Services Notify an Adapter of Changed Data

I have reviewed the videos but I am confused on what to put in the MainActivity.java. I feel that it is under my nose.

It asks to set up what would go within the if statement.

The data in the adapter has changed, so the adapter needs to be notified to update what is being displayed. The method notifyDataSetChanged() should be called on the adapter object, so the missing line will be adapter.notifyDataSetChanged().
