28,888 PointsYou have a few nested select
and form tags in there that can be removed. Try something like this:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>HTML Forms</title>
</head>
<body>
<form action="index.html" method="post">
<h1>Shirt Order Form</h1>
<select id="color" name="shirt_color">
<option value="Red">red</option>
<option value="Yellow">yellow</option>
<option value="Purple">purple</option>
<option value="Blue">blue</option>
<option value="Green">green</option>
<option value="Orange">orange</option>
</select>
</form>
</body>
</html>
