It looks like your media queries are both missing a closing curly brace }

To expand a bit on Kieran's answer: Media queries group together chunks of CSS (selectors and their style declaration) and execute them based on the criteria you specify. In this case, @media (max-width: 1020px) and @media (max-width: 768px). In order to be able to determine what rules to render when, you have to properly wrap them with curly brackets ({}). For instance:

@media (max-width: 1020px) {
   /* CSS Rules Here */
}

@media (max-width: 768px) {
  /* CSS Rules Here */
}
