I don't understand this question, pls help

i really don't know what is required of me to do here

if ( money >= 100 && today === 'Friday' ) {
  alert("Time to go to the theater");    
} else if ( money >= 50 && today === 'Friday' ) {
  alert("Time for a movie and dinner");

Try this:

var today = 'Friday'

if ( money >= 100 && today === 'Friday' ) {

On your last else if you checked if you have 9 or more dollars or if the day is friday. Since money can't change the day, I just removed that condition (the condition before the ||) completely. :)

This should fix it.

You need to change ALL of the '||' to '&&' you still have one in there that makes for a incorrect statement.

The last condition actually is wrong and should have neither "or"s or "and"s. He shouldn't have the "or" at all (just like in Amir Eskandari 's condition where he completely got rid of the or).
