    if len(product_idea) <= 3:
        raise ValueError("Product_idea must be less 4 character long")
    return product_idea + "inator"
try:
    product_name  = suggest(input("write a name of your product "))
    brand_name = suggest(product_name)

One simple change Can you please raise a ValueError if the product_idea is **less than 3 characters long**

So instead of

def suggest(product_idea):    
    if len(product_idea) <= 3:
        raise ValueError("Product_idea must be less 4 character long")

run

def suggest(product_idea):    
    if len(product_idea) < 3:
        raise ValueError("Product_idea must be less 4 character long")
