I don't see the footer Menu

I downloaded the files and place it on the good spot and I can't see the footer Menu in Manage Locations. I have the same problem with the Custom Widget on the Header.

Do I miss something?

hello jon writing the code on unction custom Register Navigation Menus and the name id menu footer , and open fine footer.php register_nav_menus() pass you name id menus name, same widget on header. thank you
