I don't know where I am getting it wrong I wrote font-size: 0.9em; but still its saying set font size to 0.9em

Not done this myself but seen a similar question earlier with someone answering you just need to remove the ul or add it to the beginning:

.contact-info { font-size: 0.9em; margin: 0; padding: 0; list-style: none; }

or

ul.contact-info { font-size: 0.9em; margin: 0; padding: 0; }
