It works and prints the groups, but it does not let me pass the challenge, I do not know what I'm missing.
import re
string = 'Perotto, Pier Giorgio'
names = re.match(r'''
([\w]+,\s)
([\w]+)
''', string, re.X)

10,376 PointsI was able to complete this challenge. The output should be "Perotto," for the first group and "Pier Giorgio" for the second. Groups are defined by where the parens start and end, so in this case you have to leave the /s out of the parenthesis. The following was my solution to the problem.
names = re.match(r'([\w]+,)\s([\w ]+) ' , string, re.X)
