I dont know how to fix this. The answer is "SyntaxError: Parse error"

What did i write wrong?

script.js
var a = 10;
var b = 20;
var c = 30;

if ( a > b ) {alert('a is greater than b');}
else(a < b) {alert('a is not greater than b');}
index.html

The problem is in your last statement. Remove the conditional test from your else block and change it to an "else if" condition.

if (condition) {
 /// code
} else if (condition) {
  /// code
}
