231,269 PointsHere's a basic strategy for completing this task:
- create an object that represents a table as an array of arrays
- create a loop to initialize each row
- create an inner loop to initialize each cell of the row with the multiplication table value
- both loops will use the argument maxFactor to establish array dimensions
- pass back the completed object in the return statement
