C# C# Collections Arrays Jagged Arrays

i dont get the question-.-'

I don't understand exactly what I supposed do here...

Here's a basic strategy for completing this task:

  • create an object that represents a table as an array of arrays
  • create a loop to initialize each row
  • create an inner loop to initialize each cell of the row with the multiplication table value
  • both loops will use the argument maxFactor to establish array dimensions
  • pass back the completed object in the return statement
