It looks like you're trying to put together some HTML elements into the <head> section, which generally includes the title of the site, meta information for the site, links to the CSS stylesheet and links to other things like font sources. Style can also be defined in the <head> section as part of the internal style of the site.
It looks like you have a stray <h1> header element in there. Are you having trouble with formatting?
