I didn't get anything in this video lecture

I had followed through up until now, there is no explanation to how to set up files from the designer zip file. I mean i had followed through it but sometimes Andrew skips the streps and changes things which we as a student dont't get. I mean I Don't.

Could anybody help me out with the setup files ? Where did public folder go ? How are files being arranged ?
