Hey Mattis Knieling,

I have found a couple of errors on your code. I will list them down:

  1. It should be addEventListener instead of eventListener
  2. Remove the last closing bracket from function parameter, it should be like this (e)
  3. You are missing an arrow from function after defining parameters. So, add this arrow => right after defining (e).
  4. Inside a conditional statement parameter you should write e instead of event as that's what you have defined inside function parameter
  5. Instead of single equal add a strict equality operator ===
  6. You have changed the backgroundColor to yellow but you should just leave as it was rgb(255, 255, 0).
  7. And finally right after the closing curly brace add a closing bracket along with a semicolon

Here's the final version:

let section = document.getElementsByTagName('section')[0];

section.addEventListener('click', (e) => {
  if(e.target.tagName === 'INPUT'){
  e.target.style.backgroundColor = 'rgb(255, 255, 0)';
  }
});

Hope this helps!

yeah, thanks .. i've got it.... i was just a bit frustrated and wrote some damn bad code .. thanks
