I can't run the emulator! It's so annoying!

I keep on getting this error "Error while waiting for device: Timed out after 300 seconds waiting for emulator to come online." Yup, I searched online for solutions, I tried them but nothing works.

I'm using Android Studion 2.0 on a windows 8.1 laptop, 4gb RAM Intel Core i3 1.7GHz. It's so frustrating!

just download genymotion it's a free emulator and super fast.
