Are you using a workspace? If so, perhaps your latest changes are not being displayed. Whenever you make a change in a workspace there are two steps to display it:
- save the changes using the editor menu or Ctrl-S shortcut
- refresh your browser to update the display
See if performing both of those steps (in order) makes your round border visible.
