I can't enable VT-x in BIOS security settings and

The pop up says: "Intel HAXM is required to run this AVD. VT-x is disabled in BIOS.

Enable VT-x in your BIOS security settings (refer to documentation for your computer)."

How can I enable VT-x in my BIOS security settings? What is "BIOS security settings"? and how can I download the Intel HAXM?

The BIOS is the software residing on the computer's motherboard that boots it up when it is powered up and acts as a low-level go-between for the hardware and OS. The process to change the settings can vary because there are many BIOS manufacturers and the all do things a bit differently. To access the BIOS settings you need to restart the computer and press/hold F2 or F10 (usually F2) as the computer reboots. You may have just the keyboard to navigate with. Look for CPU settings and under that look for "VT-x", "Intel Virtualization" or similar.

I tried F2, F10 and Delete but it didn't work. Could it be any other buttons that I have to press?
