I cannot understand how to do part 2 of this challenge! Even if the while loop works, I don't know how newValue fits in.

loops.swift
let numbers = [2,8,1,16,4,3,9]
var sum = 0
var counter = 0

while counter < numbers.count {
    sum += newValue
    counter += 1
}

The hint in this problem is a little confusing - but "NewValue" is simply meant to represent the value of the array element.

So you want to add each array value to the sum - something like:

sum += Value of array element at index counter

Hint: you can access the value at each index by using numbers[counter].

Let me know if that helps!

Amazing - thanks very much!
