I cannot pass this step, can anyone help me out with it? I'm adding a -- return "Hello" + name -- at the end of the def function. Where I'm doing wrong?

20,907 PointsHi Alexandru
On this line val = Hello + name
you need to put the word Hello into quotes as this is the way strings are written in Python.
So the correct way would be:
def hello_student(name):
val = "Hello " + name
return val
Please note the space after Hello. For instance, we would like the program to output Hello Alexandru
and not HelloAlexandru
.
Hope this helps!
